Sofia Jewelry accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover. In store we also accept Cash, Check and Apple Pay.

We hope you to love the jewelry you buy from us, however, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt. Please note that custom, special orders and promotional items are non refundable. After 14 days, all sales are final. Items will be inspected and only returned for store credit or exchanged upon verification and condition of the returned item. All returns must be in original condition and original packaging.

We sure do! Gift wrapping is available upon request, as well as a handwritten card instead of a gift receipt. Otherwise, all jewelry will be presented gift ready in a Sofia Jewelry gift box, tied with a ribbon, ready to present.

Yes! As long as it is a piece from a designer we carry, we can most likely order it for you. Just ask! 

Typically a special or custom order takes around 4-6 weeks depending on the artist and complexity of the piece. If you have a particular deadline, please let us know and we will try to accommodate your time frame.

Don’t stress! Call us and we will see if we can order it again for you. Most likely we can unless it was a one-of-a-kind piece. Same goes for a piece that you may not see anymore on the website.

While we hope you love you jewelry even more than the picture, sometimes a piece of hand made jewelry can vary in textures, finish and color as well as look a touch different on a computer monitor. But, our photographer captures the natural beauty of each piece in its natural form. 

Most of our artists support the Kimberley Process, a United Nations effort to prevent conflict diamonds from entering the mainstream diamond market. We also use recycled metals when possible. Sustainability is important to us!

Unfortunately, no. Since this piece was made just for you, it is extra special and not part of our stock.

All orders placed before 1pm PST Tuesday - Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped that day provided it is in stock. Orders placed during the weekends will be shipped on the following Tuesday. You can always contact us with any questions about your order.

We use FedEx. All packages are shipped free of charge. They are insured and an adult signature is required!
